The
dual analog inputs/outputs are provided on two BNC connectors. Either
or both of these connectors can be selected as inputs or outputs.
When configured as inputs, they have differential inputs with ±15V
range. When configured as outputs, they are unbalanced with ±15V
range. In either configuration they have 500uV resolution.
The
dual digital inputs/outputs are provided on latching 50 pin SCSI-II
HD50 connectors. Either or both of these connectors can be selected
as inputs or outputs. When configured as inputs, they can accept
either LVTTL or TTL logic levels. When configured as outputs, they
have LVTTL logic levels 0/3V3.
The
pinout of the HD50 connectors is shown here on the right. Pins 1-24
are assigned to the 24 logic I/Os, pins 26-49 are assigned gnd/common,
and pins 25&50 provide 3.3VDC for external application use.
These two pins have 500mA polyfuse current protection.
Industry
standard cables are widely available for connection to both the
analog and digital connectors.
